My experience has been broad-ranging, including a background in both real estate development and capital advisory work. Skills include asset valuation (equity and debt), comprehensive financial and due diligence analysis, development of proforma models detailing debt structure, cash flow and asset sale analysis. More recently, my concentration has been in the development, marketing and fundraising for new investment products targeted at foreign investors seeking access to direct real estate opportunities in the Americas.
